Follow these steps to get your microsite fully set up.

Upload a photo and description of today's featured dish so customers know what's good right now.

Quick answers to the most common questions.

How do I update today's specials?
Go to Specials in the sidebar. Update the featured dish name, price, description, and photo, then click Save Changes. Your live site updates immediately — no waiting for approval.
Can I have multiple specials running at once?
Yes. The Today's Lineup section lets you add as many daily specials as you want below the featured item. Each one shows a name, price, and short description.
How do customers earn and redeem rewards?
Customers tap the Rewards tab on your microsite and join the program. Points are tracked automatically. When they hit a milestone, they'll see their available reward. You control the earn rate and reward tiers in the Rewards section.
Will my changes go live immediately?
Yes — every time you click Save Changes, your live microsite updates right away. There's no review process or publishing delay. If you make a mistake, just edit and save again.
How do I set up a custom domain?
Go to Settings → Microsite URL and enter your custom domain (e.g. menu.yourrestaurant.com). Then log into your domain registrar and add a CNAME record pointing to cname.restauranthq.ai. Changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate. Email us if you need help.
Can I temporarily hide my microsite?
Yes. Go to Settings → Danger Zone and click Unpublish. Your site goes offline but all your content and settings are preserved. You can republish anytime.
What's included in the Growth Plan?
The Growth Plan includes your full microsite (Specials, Menu, Location, Rewards), unlimited menu items, up to 500 loyalty members, weekly analytics emails, and email support. Need more? Contact us about the White Glove plan.
